Fatal Hit & Run Traffic Collision (Foothill Blvd and Sayre St).

UPDATE 12/13/2022 - Vehicle in custody. This investigation is still ongoing.

On November 27, 2022, at 11:45 A.M., a Ford Mustang was traveling southbound Foothill Blvd towards Sayre St. when it swerved onto oncoming traffic to avoid colliding with a small silver SUV that was exiting Vallarta parking lot negotiating a right turn onto southbound Foothill Blvd. The Ford Mustang collided with a Toyota Tundra that was traveling northbound on Foothill Blvd. The small silver SUV continued southbound on Foothill Blvd.

The driver of the silver SUV caused the no-contact traffic collision and did not stop. The driver of the Ford Mustang sustained fatal injuries.
