The Sylmar Neighborhood Council will be OPEN as a community Cooling SIte

Thursday, September 5th, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

You can stop in for a minute or chill out for the afternoon. We know how serious this heat is to our health and the well-being of our loved ones so this is a Pet-Friendly location!

(Dogs must remain on leash and cats stay in their carriers. There are separate rooms if needed!)
