BYLAWS Chairs: Martin Laufer and Lynn Zekanis Mission, Goals, Objectives The Bylaws Committee is responsible for reviewing, updating, and recommending amendments of the SNC Bylaws when requested by the Board of Directors, and works with the City Attorney to address any conflicts with the rules and ethics of the SNC. Current Issues In April 2008 the committee developed a
recommendation on how to handle board member unexcused absences and
discussed changes to elections in the bylaws. |
