BYLAWS Chairs: Martin Laufer and Jeanne Rowe Mission, Goals, Objectives The Bylaws Committee is responsible for reviewing, updating, and recommending amendments of the SNC Bylaws when requested by the Board of Directors, and works with the City Attorney to address any conflicts with the rules and ethics of the SNC. Current Issues In April 2008 the committee developed a
recommendation on how to handle board member unexcused absences and
discussed changes to elections in the bylaws. |

Meeting Schedule Public Services & Outreach Committees have a joint meeting : Second Tuesday of the month at 6:30p at SNC office. Board of Directors Meeting: Fourth Thursday of the month at 6:30p at school. |
