Los Angeles opened a Disaster Loan Outreach Center to support businesses and individuals who were affected by this year's winter storms, flooding, landslides and mudslides that occurred January 31 to February 9.

The center will be located at: 510 S. Vermont Ave., Ste G-100 Ground Floor Conference Room Los Angeles CA, 90020 until June 5 at 5:00 pm.
 
SBA staff will be available on-site to answer questions about the SBA Disaster Loan Program, explain the application process, and help Angelenos complete their online loan applications. No appointments are needed.

Businesses of all sizes and private nonprofit organizations may borrow up to $2 million to repair or replace damaged or destroyed real estate, machinery and equipment, inventory and other business assets. SBA can also lend additional funds to help with the cost of improvements to protect, prevent or minimize disaster damage from occurring in the future.
 
SBA disaster loans up to $500,000 are available to homeowners to repair or replace damaged or destroyed real estate. Homeowners and renters are eligible for up to $100,000 to repair or replace damaged or destroyed personal property, including personal vehicles.

  • The deadline to apply for property damage is July 16, 2024
  • The deadline to apply for economic injury is Feb. 18, 2025
