Class 2 Conditional Use for sale and dispensing of beer and wine for on-site consumption within the inside of an existing restaurant within an existing amusement arena. 

This public hearing will be conducted entirely virtually and will allow for remote public comment.

PLEASE NOTE - On February 26, 2026, at a publicly posted and open to all Sylmar Neighborhood Council general board meeting with the public in attendance and public comments taken, the Council voted in favor of the requested Conditional Use permit. We understand that there may be community members who were unaware or could not participate in that and/or prior meetings.
