Week 1 of #ClearTheShelters was an incredible success, with 636 pets finding homes!

Clear the Shelters is a nationwide pet adoption and donation campaign running through August 31st, 2026. There are over 1,600 animal rescues across the country teaming up to help homeless pets find families and ease overcrowding at shelters.

Goal: Find homes for shelter pets and raise funds. Over 1 million pets have been adopted since 2015.

Offers: Many participating local shelters offer reduced or completely waived adoption fees, plus animals are typically vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed or neutered
