LAPD Non-Emergency

Need to report/talk with LAPD, but it's not an emergency (DOES NOT involve an immediate threat to Life, Health or Property? 

Use 1-877-ASK-LAPD instead of 911 for:
• Reporting non-violent or past crimes: A theft, property damage, or vandalism that already occurred and where the suspect is no longer at the scene.
• Public nuisances or disturbances: Non-violent noise complaints, loud parties, or ongoing verbal disputes that are not escalating into physical violence.
• Accessing specialized services: Reaching out for non-emergency dispatch options (such as community response teams like CIRCLE where available).
• General police inquiries: Asking questions about local police services or directing yourself through their automated voice system for department info.
