If it is an EMERGENCY CALL 911 
All of this can be done anonymously.

You can "single-click" file a report by visiting the Sylmar Neighborhood Council's website and click on the Fireworks. (Right side of Home Page)

Using this reporting system will not result in the dispatching of Services. This is solely so we as a community can report to LA City the frequency and intensity of the situation to help gain increased emergency services in our area.
