LA City Youth Council

The Los Angeles Youth Development Department is excited to announce the third cohort of the Olivia E. Mitchell Youth Council. This youth-led council will comprise 30 young Angelenos ages 16-25 from all over the City of Los Angeles.

Applications are open now and are due Sunday, June 30th.
