The Sylmar Neighborhood Council participated in a Joint Neighborhood Council meeting this morning to help build a stronger and unified community in the North San Fernando Valley!

We were honored to be joined by: Mayor Karen Bass, LA City Councilman John Lee, Department of Neighborhood Empowerment General Manager Carmen Chang, Los Angeles City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto, LAPD Deputy Chief Ruby Flores, LAPD Captain Kathleen Burns, Board of Neighborhood Commissioner Keren Conner Waters.
