Are you and YOUR pets prepared for an emergency event?

• Microchip pets and keep vaccinations up to date.
• Maintain an emergency supply of food and medical supplies.
• Routinely update pet kits with fresh supplies.

Use this list as a Guide:
• Three-Day supply of fresh food & water.
• Necessary Pet Medications.
• Food and water dishes, pet waste bags.
• Cat litter and pan/scoop for cats.
• Pet container for each pet, toys & treats.

In a Plastic Baggie:
• Pet ID, Microchip information.
• License number, vaccination records.
• Prescription and other medical information.
