LA Metro Neurodiverse and Autistic Rider Survey

LA Metro wants rider feedback to improve the transit experience for neurodivergent riders, including those with autism, ADHD, and sensory processing conditions.

As part of a new Neurodiverse Rider Experience Program, Metro is inviting neurodivergent riders and caregivers to take a brief survey about their experiences, barriers, and needs on buses, trains, and at stations. Responses will help shape improvements such as sensory-friendly environments, clearer signage, predictable announcements, and reduced overwhelming stimuli during travel.
