A man is in handcuffs – but not before leading police on a 20-minute police chase across Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley.

The suspect who was believed to be armed led police on a dangerous, high-speed chase Thursday night through the San Fernando Valley, reaching speeds of more than 100 mph.

SkyFOX was over the scene as the suspect – initially feared to be armed and dangerous –  led the Los Angeles Police Department on a chase on Thursday, February 12.

A high-speed chase in Sylmar ended with the driver surrendering to LAPD officers.

Over the course of the 20-minute chase, the suspect drove across various parts of Sylmar before eventually pulling over and surrendering to the cops. No one was hurt in the arrest process.

Officials did not specify what the suspect was initially wanted for.
