We have received several inquiries on what to do when one of your neighbors constantly holds loud disturbing parties. 

Many of us have always thought that the noise needs to be turned off at a certain time. Some people thought it was 10:00 pm and others thought it was at Midnight. Well, the truth is there is no time set for this. A loud disturbance is a loud disturbance, it does not matter what time of night or day it is.
